Headshot Photography
I do quite a bit of headshot photography for actors, singers, models, children, teens, etc. I don't consider this fine art per se, but on a good day it can be quite artful I suppose.
I specialize in shooting in existing light (meaning no studio flash or hot lights) and on location (meaning no studio backgrounds). The result is a headshot that looks extremely natural, with beautiful skin tones and loose, relaxed poses. I do all of my own photoshop work for retouching. I shoot on Long Island, principally in natural light studios and adjacent locations, and in New York City in and around Chelsea.
